Florence Park is a thoughtfully designed residential community in the market town of Callington, delivering 30 new homes — 20 for private sale and 10 affordable homes in partnership with Plymouth Community Homes.
Early collaboration with PCH ensured that the affordable mix was refined to meet local housing needs, supporting families and individuals seeking high-quality, energy-efficient homes within an established Cornish setting.
The scheme comprises a diverse range of 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom homes, several incorporating integral garages. Architectural design focused on varied street frontages, passive surveillance, and Secure by Design principles, ensuring a safe and attractive neighbourhood environment.
Given the challenging topography, the project required extensive civil engineering works, including a twin-chamber pumping station, rising main installation, and sewer requisition, all delivered in coordination with statutory undertakers and local authority Section Agreements.
