Dafydd is the Managing Director of We Are Ease, a South West leading Construction Management company, and Construction Director of Ease Homes with over 25 years of construction experience which encompasses the delivery of multiple high end commercial, private and infrastructural projects all over the nation; which include stadia, multi storey office developments, the Eden Project and many other bespoke residential developments. It is hard to ignore his passion and enthusiasm for project management and delivery which is only one of the many skills and attributes his mantra possesses.
With no shortage of qualifications, there’s very little that he hasn’t experienced and has all the answers at his disposal. Clients that have worked with him can’t help but praise his efficiency and consistent work ethic to ensure his team deliver projects under budget whilst conveying quality within sometimes difficult timescales.
To balance his high octane energy drink that is Ease, he loves spending time with his family; and couldn’t be happier than when he’s playing 18-holes with friends on the golf course… unless of course he’s building on one!

In her spare time, Jo enjoys long walks and playing golf – although admits her enthusiasm far outweighs her handicap!

With more than two decades of experience promoting sites, securing planning permissions and managing complex land acquisition processes, Neal has established himself as a trusted figure in the local development scene.
