Windmill Park is a distinctive collection of nine three-bedroom family homes set on the edge of Launceston, overlooking open countryside and within walking distance of the town centre. Designed to bring contemporary architecture and community living together, the scheme provides well-proportioned, energy-efficient homes at prices accessible to local families.

The homes were constructed using timber-frame construction, ensuring excellent thermal performance and reduced embodied carbon. A major cut-and-fill engineering exercise transformed the steeply sloping site, allowing full two-storey houses rather than the compromised 1.5-storey layout originally consented. The result is a more practical and attractive street scene, maximising light and views across Dartmoor.

Each property features spacious, thoughtfully designed interiors — with large bedrooms, open-plan living areas and designer kitchens — proving that good design and community focus can sit comfortably within an attainable price point. Windmill Park stands as a demonstration of the team’s commitment to delivering quality, context-led housing that strengthens the fabric of local communities.
